You'll own campaign performance from setup through optimization, working across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to drive measurable results for a diverse range of clients.If you're equal parts analytical and creative, love digging into performance data, and know how to turn numbers into a story clients understand, we want to hear from you.### What You'll Do* Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms as needed* Own campaign performance end-to-end: budgeting, bid strategy, targeting, ad copy, and ongoing optimization* Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution issues* Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable reporting for clients and internal teams* Partner with Account Managers to align paid media strategy with broader client goals* Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices* Manage multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously, prioritizing based on performance and deadlines* Present campaign results and strategy recommendations directly to clients when neededWhat You Bring* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns, ideally at an agency* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (certifications a plus)* Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4)* Comfort analyzing data and pulling insights that go beyond surface-level metrics* Strong written communication skills for client-facing reporting* Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets without losing attention to detail### Nice to Have* Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest)* Experience with e-commerce and/or lead-gen campaigns specifically* Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools* Experience building client-facing performance decksWhy Direct RouteWe're a close-knit agency that values real results over vanity metrics.
