This role is hybrid requiring onsite days on our Lincoln, RI corporate campus.

Position Summary
We are seeking a SEO / Generative AI Search Analyst to help shape how our brand is discovered, understood, and recommended across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and emerging answer engines.

This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SEO performance, AI search visibility, search engine results page (SERP) trends, and competitive insights. The analyst will conduct keyword and topic research to inform content strategy, identify optimization opportunities, and help ensure our digital experiences remain competitive as customer discovery behaviors continue to evolve.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in SEO, content strategy, analytics, and emerging AI search technologies with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze brand visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and answer engines.

Identify opportunities to improve brand inclusion, citations, and recommendations within AI-generated responses.

Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and reporting of SEO and AI search KPIs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend analysis.

Track visibility, rankings, traffic, and engagement across:

Enterprise SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, or similar)

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools

AI search platforms and monitoring tools supporting experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and emerging generative search platforms

Stay informed on evolving AI search measurement methodologies, including citations, mentions, share of voice, and AI-generated response visibility.

Identify content gaps and opportunities based on customer search behavior, competitive analysis, and AI search trends.

Manage information accuracy, assets and posts on Amica’s Google Business Profiles and other key local platforms.

Monitor competitor performance across search and AI search channels.

Benchmark industry leaders and identify emerging opportunities, risks, and best practices.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve competitive positioning.

Partner with Analytics and Data teams to connect website performance metrics with search and AI visibility insights.

Support the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies for SEO and AI search performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

1–3 years of experience in SEO, search analytics, digital marketing, ora relatedfield.

At least 1 year of experience monitoring and optimizing for AI search, generative search, or answer engine experiences.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, content optimization, and search performance measurement.

Experience with enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

Experience with analytics and reporting platforms, including:

Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics

Google Analytics

Power BI or similar business intelligence tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and communicate actionable insights.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
