Seeking a Go‑To‑Market Lead to join the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) organization. DTI supports Corporate Strategy, Digital Platforms & Innovation, working to advance enterprise AI capabilities and accelerate the integration of cutting‑edge innovation into customer‑facing products and internal platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go‑to‑market (GTM) and is designed for a hybrid leader–builder: someone who not only shapes strategy but also gets hands‑on involvement in building and deploying solutions.

Responsibilities
While the full set of responsibilities is described in the official posting, the role is expected to lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategy for agentic and generative AI solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product road‑maps, and engage stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and adoption.

Qualifications

10–14 years of experience in AI, product, or engineering leadership.

Strong background in generative AI, agentic AI, and related technologies such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi‑agent systems.

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

Demonstrated ability to develop go‑to‑market strategies and drive product adoption.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
