Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the agency’s Creative Services team, primarily working on one of the agency’s largest accounts
Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, reports, marketing materials and other client deliverables
Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating closely with Creative Services leadership and account teams
Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and execute strategic design solutions for clients across a variety of industries
Contribute to branding projects, including logo development, visual identity systems and brand guidelines
Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns and agency initiatives
Support agency new business efforts through the creation of pitch materials, presentations and proposal graphics
Ensure all work aligns with agency and/or client brand standards, project objectives and agency quality expectations
Prepare and package design files for print and digital production
Attend internal account team and client meetings, as needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Stay informed on design trends, tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Agency experience preferred
A passion for typography, color, grids, layout and composition
A strong portfolio that showcases a range of work across print and digital media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Familiarity with Canva and social media content creation
Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
The ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs
