At Southeastern Equipment, we know that when someone orders a part online, they're not just buying a product, they're trying to get a machine back up and running. That's why we're looking for an organized, dependable E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to help ensure every order is handled accurately and shipped on time.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of online parts orders. You'll use handheld scanning equipment and fulfillment software to pick, verify, pack, and ship orders while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to track inventory, monitor special-order parts, and keep orders moving.

What You'll Do
Pick, verify, pack, and ship online parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Use handheld scanners and fulfillment software to process customer orders.
Monitor the status of orders from receipt through shipment.
Coordinate with vendors to track special-order and OEM parts.
Maintain visibility into open orders and proactively communicate delays before they become customer issues.
Follow up on backordered items and help ensure parts arrive on time to meet customer expectations.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory and order issues.
Verify inventory and report discrepancies when found.
Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, and other shipping methods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Help improve fulfillment accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and learning new software.
Able to prioritize work and manage multiple orders throughout the day.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, parts, or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required.
