Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to establish technology solutions at business and technical level.

Help to build client relationships and participate in business development and proposal work.

Requirements

Experience with the use of Search and website analytic tools, e.g. Endeca workbench, SOLR UI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends & standard website measurement terminology

Experience with databases (RDBMS) and exposure to Big Data

Proven critical thinking, quantitative and analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions through analyses and user insight studies

Ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable way to senior leadership levels

Customer journey optimization based on internal and external search keyword ranking and pathing

Internal/site search: Ability to drive insights and recommend changes to search algorithms including ranking and sorting of search results

Ability to drive opportunity costs for null searches to $ value realization through data analysis and research

Experience with report and dashboard design

Experience with constructing analyses independently and proactively

Familiar with functionalities and features for internal search (Digital Site search functions)
