Member Experience Strategy Lead

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Member Experience Strategy to drive cross-functional improvements in member experience. You will analyze data, engage stakeholders, and develop strategic initiatives reported to the Director, Member Strategic Initiatives.
The role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the office weekly, including Thursdays for team meetings. Salary ranges are disclosed with benefits and annual bonuses.
