Job Summary:

We’re hiring an in-house Interior Designer & Events Stylist to be the creative force behind the aesthetics of our hospitality locations and special events. This role is perfect for a talented individual who can blend practical design skills with a keen eye for styling. You will be responsible for sourcing furnishings, selecting finishes for renovations, collaborating on design projects, and creating memorable aesthetics for our events. You will also play a key role in maintaining the visual interior standards that define our brands.
General Accountabilities:

Interior Design & Furnishings:

Assist with and lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes for renovations and new projects. Source materials and collaborate with vendors to bring design concepts to life.
Event Aesthetics & Styling:

Plan and execute the visual aesthetics for on-site events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across all venues.
Project Management & Execution:

Manage design and styling projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
Space & Aesthetics Upkeep:

Regularly assess and make recommendations to keep spaces looking fresh, well‑maintained, and brand‑aligned.
Creative Collaboration:

Translate design direction and mood boards into tangible styling plans and visual layouts.
On‑site Coordination:

Provide on‑site support during renovations, installations, and event setups.
Visual Communication:

Assist with creating presentations and visual materials to communicate design concepts to the team.
Job Qualifications (Entry Level):

Coursework or in‑progress degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related creative field.
A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, including schoolwork or internship experience.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Suite) and other creative tools.
Basic understanding of visual design, color theory, and layout.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality space.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
