The Opportunity
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a People & Culture Coordinator.
The Role
The People and Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the P&C Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People and Culture is there for all employees. The coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering the P&C Office. This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties. The coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. This highly visible role also provides administrative support to the executive team.
Preferred Qualifications
High proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS PowerPoint and working knowledge of HRIS systems.
Previous experience in a hotel operation is preferred.
Ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining confidentiality of the office.
High attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Organized and resourceful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
