About the job

As a Production Engineer at our Fort Worth, Texas site, you will play a key role in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HSE, you will optimize production processes, improve equipment performance, and help ensure the site consistently meets its safety, quality, and production objectives.
Responsibilities

Support safe and efficient production by optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment efficiency, and increasing material yields while maintaining product quality.
Analyze process performance using plant data, KPIs, and historical trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Lead and participate in troubleshooting efforts, Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS), Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), and Management of Change (MOC) activities to improve plant reliability and safety.
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Project Engineering, and HSE teams to implement process improvements, optimize automation, and support plant projects.
Develop, revise, and train operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and best operating practices.
Support compliance with environmental, quality, and process safety requirements while responding to plant issues and providing technical expertise during unplanned events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a chemical or continuous process manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, heat and material balances, and process yield improvement.
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS), or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good computer skills and the ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment, including climbing stairs and ladders and wearing required personal protective equipment.
Great if you have

Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process automation systems, or similar manufacturing technologies.
Experience participating in Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), or environmental compliance programs.
Experience developing operating procedures and training production personnel.
Compensation

The hiring salary range for this position is $88,000 to $125,600, with potential progression up to $144,440 based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Hired applicants will be eligible for annual bonuses.
