The role involves leading a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that partnership initiatives are fully integrated with the overall organizational objectives.

Applicants for the Vice President of Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and 8-10 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategies, and team management, ideally within the sports or live events sector. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in securing, managing, and growing partnerships, as well as strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A deep understanding of the sports and live events industry, particularly the sponsorship and partnership landscape, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, committed to the values and mission of the Foundation, and capable of driving innovation and change to maximize partnership and revenue generation opportunities.
