Art Director — Campaigns & Digital Experiences

VML, part of WPP, is seeking an Intermediate Art Director in New York to develop creative concepts and visual executions across integrated campaigns and digital experiences. You will translate strategy into compelling work, collaborate with production partners, and ensure on‑brand output that is on‑brief and on‑time.
This role balances hands‑on design with ideation and cross‑functional collaboration, with a hybrid office presence typical for our teams four days a week.
