About the Job

Our organization in North America is growing rapidly and we are looking for a strategic partner to lead portfolio planning and analytics for our Vaccines business. In this role you will advise senior leadership on market opportunities, design analytics to track performance, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate growth.
Main Responsibilities

Design and implement analytics on business performance and market dynamics; synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
Establish and maintain metrics, data sets, and KPIs to provide real‑time visibility for leadership.
Lead strategic assessments of market trends, the competitive landscape, and portfolio performance.
Partner with senior leaders to define portfolio priorities and evaluate new opportunities.
Develop market assessments and strategic presentations that provide comprehensive views of business performance and growth potential.
Act as a trusted advisor on strategic and analytic projects; prepare executive‑level presentations for business reviews and leadership meetings.
Build strong relationships across sales, market access, marketing, and finance; lead cross‑functional working groups to address complex challenges and build consensus.
Lead high‑priority strategic initiatives from concept through implementation; manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Create compelling, executive‑level narratives that distill complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
Influence decision‑makers through data storytelling and business case development.
Qualifications

2–4years of experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm, preferably with pharmaceutical/healthcare projects.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, market assessment, strategic planning, and competitive intelligence.
Strong analytical and project management skills; experience driving strategic initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leadership.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
