We are seeking a creative and innovative

Motion Graphics Designer

to join a growing marketing team with a large airline organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through engaging motion design, animation, and video editing. You'll create high-impact visual content across digital marketing channels, helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
This position is highly collaborative, working closely with marketing, creative, and cross‑functional teams to produce compelling content for paid media, email marketing, social media, websites, and internal campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and animate high‑performing video advertisements for digital and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging motion graphics and animated assets for marketing campaigns, websites, and social channels.
Produce promotional content for seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and limited‑time offers.
Edit short‑form video content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop modular animated assets for personalized email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Transform static illustrations and graphic assets into dynamic motion content.
Assist with additional multimedia projects, presentations, and internal creative requests as needed.
Maintain high creative standards while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, or a related field

OR

equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of

3 years

of professional experience in motion graphics, video production, and illustration.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (preferred).
Strong understanding of current social media trends and short‑form video best practices.
Excellent visual design skills, including composition, typography, color theory, and motion pacing.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting direct‑to‑consumer (DTC), e‑commerce, or travel/hospitality brands.
Experience creating assets for paid advertising campaigns and A/B testing.
Familiarity with personalized email marketing platforms and dynamic content creation.
Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
Knowledge of sound design, color grading, and post‑production workflows.
Understanding of current TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
