Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 9800 - 15600 PLN gross/month

What will you do?

You will support the design of modern digital banking experiences with a focus on mobile and responsive interfaces. You will work closely with senior designers and product teams to create intuitive solutions for investment-related features, contributing to a product built from scratch in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for digital products

Support creation of user journeys and flows for investment features

Contribute to design concepts, mockups and wireframes during discovery phase

Assist in building and maintaining design system components

Prepare visual designs aligned with brand and usability guidelines

Cooperate with product and development teams in Agile setup

Participate in designing onboarding and investment journeys

Ensure consistency and usability across digital solutions

Support presentation of design ideas within the team

Around 2–4 years of experience in UI or graphic design for web or mobile applications

Good knowledge of Figma and at least one Adobe tool such as XD, Photoshop or Illustrator

Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design

Interest or first experience in UX design for financial or investment products

Basic knowledge of mobile app design and responsive design principles

Understanding of user-centered design approach

Ability to communicate design ideas clearly

Teamwork skills and willingness to learn

Responsibility for assigned tasks

Nice to have

Basic experience with financial or banking projects

Knowledge of investment products such as funds or stocks

Familiarity with Agile ways of working

Knowledge of Jira or Confluence

Interest in animation or microinteractions
