Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Six years of experience in marketing across one or more fields (growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.

Preferred qualifications

Ten years of experience in paid media management, integrated marketing, or a related field.

Experience in paid media strategy/execution and agency management with an AI‑first mindset.

Track record of using media placements and strategic alliances to amplify a brand narrative in a non‑traditional way.

Proven expertise managing multi‑channel projects from start to finish as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of global communications strategies that drive full‑funnel media performance across social, online video, display, and offline channels.

Manage investment planning, including budget reconciliation, resource allocation, and prioritization of campaign objectives in line with product priorities.

Engage and lead media agencies to elevate their day‑to‑day work, prioritizing workflows to ensure high‑impact delivery.

Serve as a subject‑matter specialist, leveraging deep knowledge of the evolving media landscape and industry shifts to drive measurable campaign performance and inform overarching marketing strategy.

Lead the end‑to‑end development of creative media and translate high‑level brand goals into partnerships and bespoke activations that command attention and drive culture.

Act as the primary point of contact for paid media planning, ensuring strategies are scaled effectively across channels.

Guide the integration of multiple adjacent project timelines and coordinate stakeholders, agencies, and project managers to deliver against business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
US salary: $141,000 – $206,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
