What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude

Maintain eye contact and engage guests in warm, personal conversation

Create emotional connections and memorable experiences for each guest

Honor and model the restaurant’s vision, values, and service standards

Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks at once

Support your teammates with a cooperative, dependable spirit

Communicate clearly with both guests and fellow Team Members

Follow all operational, safety, and dress code guidelines

Assist in keeping the dining and service areas clean, stocked, and organized

Other duties as assigned
