Responsibilities
Recruit, select, and develop associates, holding them accountable for performance
Serve as a role model, keeping the guest experience as the priority
Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up on all store activities
Respectfully challenge and motivate the team
Create a family environment, drive volume, and anticipate guest needs
Achieve excellent guest service by role‑modeling company service standards
Adhere to Human Resources standards
Assess associates consistently; review and communicate performance and deliverables
Provide timely feedback, reward and recognize achievement to drive retention
Hold self and associates accountable for financial results and metric goals
Manage conflict and coach using company processes, standards, and guidelines
Empower and involve associates in decision‑making
Receive feedback and foster dialogue around solutions
Develop associates individually by matching talent with tasks and appropriately delegating and challenging
Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognition of individual contributions
Lead change and adversity management
Develop business strategy and maximize opportunities to generate additional store volume
Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense to maximize store performance
Achieve quantifiable performance goals (net sales, DPT, UPT, payroll, shortage)
Control payroll expenses through effective and efficient staffing
Analyze business reports regularly to identify problems or opportunities
Direct guest service efforts aligned with Altar’d State standards; coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions and capture guest opportunities
Develop a team to accomplish store business objectives through recruitment, selection, coaching, investment, retention, and motivation
Ensure sales, payroll, and inventory shortage goals are met
Control income and expense categories as they relate to profitability
Direct merchandise presentation, restocking, and recovery to maximize productivity
Understand and comply with Revival culture, values, and operational standards
Communicate effectively with the executive team
Lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs.)
Utilize and manage weekly reporting to track, analyze, and communicate progress toward goals
Demonstrate knowledge of visual standards and techniques, implementing and substituting within company guidelines
Articulate the company’s brand positioning, marketing, promotional initiatives, outreach events, in‑store events, and ministries
Operate with personal integrity and business confidentiality
Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate dress and grooming standards
Maintain a clean store environment
Qualifications
Three years of management experience in retail or hospitality with proven results
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, or squatting; occasional ladder and stair use; lift and carry 30 lbs. regularly without assistance
