Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Visual Designer will create high-quality visual designs for digital experiences, translating brand strategies into cohesive templates and components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing and conversion efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Leverage a defined website design to scale and create high-quality visual designs across all landing pages and product experiences
Apply and uphold enterprise brand guidelines consistently while contributing to the evolution of the design system
Design landing pages and acquisition experiences that support marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in visual design or digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft
Experience with Figma and design systems, including creating scalable, reusable designs
Proven ability to design for performance outcomes, including conversion and engagement metrics
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and responsive design
