Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Brainerd

Overview

We are seeking part‑time, flexible marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen located throughout the Twin Cities area. The role involves engaging with prospective customers in retail locations, booking appointments for a no‑cost assessment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert, and following up to ensure successful outcomes. Compensation includes a base rate of $14 per hour plus commissions ranging from $225 to $750 weekly.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers in store locations to discuss home improvement opportunities.
Book appointments for free appointments with window experts.
Follow up with customers to provide information, gather feedback, and coordinate next steps.
Work with the team to review feedback and improve appointment booking processes.
Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
Motivated, dedicated, and dependable team player.
Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
