Social Media and Graphic Design Manager
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000

Job Summary
As the Social Media and Graphic Design Manager, you will create professional, innovative promotional pieces that drive client and customer interest.

Key Responsibilities

Plan content strategy, posts, campaigns, and calendars aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for multiple platforms and media types.

Write captions, create visuals/videos, and manage brand voice.

Consult stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate and effective content.

Manage account engagement: post regularly, respond to comments/messages, and monitor activity.

Ensure proper use of design assets, including logos and images.

Present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design and share best practices during team meetings.

Maintain digital files and organize for future or recurring content.

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly.

Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and competitor activity.

Run ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s preferred, in Marketing, Visual Communications Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Keynote, and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Ability to adjust priorities with sudden deadline changes.

Problem‑solving skills to find multiple design solutions under narrow parameters or strict budget restraints.
