Resurrection Christian School (RCS) is a private, non‑denominational Christian college‑preparatory school located in Loveland, Colorado. RCS serves students from Pre‑K through 12th grade and has approximately 1,350 students enrolled for the 2025‑2026 school year.

Position: Marketing Coordinator (Full‑time). The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate strategic marketing efforts across all major digital and print platforms for both internal and external audiences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, schedule, and publish social media content across all organizational platforms.

Enforce brand standards and maintain technical visual excellence in all content creation.

Pitch school events and achievements to local media outlets.

Collaborate with department team members to increase local brand awareness.

Maintain consistent branding standards throughout the organization.

Answer and screen phone calls, address basic departmental questions, and forward callers to the appropriate individual when necessary.

Assist with calendar maintenance and scheduling for the Chief Marketing Officer.

Perform data entry and maintain departmental databases.

Provide clerical support to the Director, including filing, running errands, receiving and distributing incoming mail, creating correspondence, photocopying, scanning and faxing, collecting and organizing records, and ordering supplies.

Coordinate with other RCS office staff and outside vendors to order marketing supplies, materials, and products for activities and events.

Maintain open communication between the Director and all other RCS leadership team members.

Advocate for oneself and ask clarifying questions to prioritize workload.

Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all RCS policies, procedures, and handbooks.

Effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff.

SKILLS

Copywriting

Creative eye for design and content creation

Oral and written communication

Basic math

Personal computer and keyboarding proficiency

Customer service skills, including attentive and active listening with staff, students, parents/guardians, and community members

Critical thinking and problem solving

KNOWLEDGE

Rules and regulations set forth by the Colorado Board of Education and ACSI Practices in Christian Schools

Operating personal computers and peripherals

Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva

Operating typical office equipment

Google Analytics, web design, and ad placement (strongly preferred)

ABILITIES

Manage multiple priorities and multi‑task with frequent interruptions

Diffuse and manage stressful situations

Work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments

Work independently with little or no supervision

Independently manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all other duties designated

Reference RCS Statement of Faith prior to completing the application

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Marketing Coordinator position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 40 lbs on occasion. Duties also include talking, hearing, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and normal manual dexterity and eye‑hand coordination.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Wage: $19 per hour.

Benefit Eligibility: All employees working 30 or more hours per work week are considered full‑time and are eligible to receive the benefits listed below. Benefits are available the first day of the month following the hire date.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or Mass Communications (strongly preferred). Two to three years of related experience is an acceptable qualification if degree has not been obtained.

Excellent planning skills, highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.

Self‑starter who works productively and meets benchmarks and goals in a timely manner.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and networking, facilitation and management skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Sheets, Google Documents, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and departmental database software required.
