Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver polished, production-ready designs for various media formats
Manage multiple projects independently while ensuring high quality and attention to detail
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and project managers, to create integrated campaigns

Required qualifications

7+ years of agency experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, web, and social media campaigns
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial recruitment experience is a plus
