Job Summary
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in signage and project coordination, who is comfortable using HubSpot and exploring automation tools. While graphic design skills are a plus, the role emphasizes client interaction and project management. Prior experience with channel letters and monument signs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Understand client needs and guide them through the signage process.

Project Management: Manage timelines, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

HubSpot & Automation: Use HubSpot & Corebridge for client management and explore automation tools to improve efficiency.

Growth & Training: Learn advanced sign-making techniques and expand into project management.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in signage production, project coordination, or installation.

Strong customer service skills and project coordination experience.

Experience with HubSpot or willingness to learn.

Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

Preferred

Experience with storefront signage, monument signs and LED displays

Interest in growing into project management.
