This person will work closely with product and design to bring interfaces to life, while also helping define how the front-end is built, structured, and scaled over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both building and improving, someone who can deliver features while also elevating the overall quality and direction of the front-end environment.Daily Responsibilities:Build modern, responsive user interfaces based on product and design directionHelp evolve the front-end architecture to support scalability, reusability, and long-term maintainabilityImprove and refactor existing code to align with best practices and consistent patternsContribute to decisions around frameworks, component structure, and state managementEnsure applications perform well across different browsers, devices, and screen sizesPartner with product, design, and engineering to refine requirements and deliver thoughtful solutionsParticipate in code reviews and help establish development standards across the teamBalance delivering new features with improving the overall quality of the codebaseDesired Experience:5–7+ years of experience building front-end applications in a team environmentStrong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principlesExperience organizing and structuring front-end applications at scaleAbility to step into existing codebases and improve them over timeFamiliarity with testing approaches and maintaining code qualityComfortable working closely with designers and translating concepts into production-ready UIStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsExperience contributing to design systems or shared component librariesExposure to performance optimization and front-end architecture decisionsExperience working in fast-paced product environments
