In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. You’ll also invite and incentive guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.Though no two days are the same at Travel + Leisure Co, you’ll have the opportunity to:Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.Engage, excite, and convert prospective customers by delivering an irresistible invitation to a sales-preview tour.Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelinesMake sales-tour reservations and collect required depositsWhat You’ll BringA friendly, energetic, and outgoing personalityAbility to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitudeWillingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoorsWe train you to succeed — no prior sales experience neededHigh school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)Ability to work independently and within a team environmentHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
