The High School Band Director at the Alabama State Department of Education will plan, develop, and deliver a comprehensive instrumental music program for grades 9–12. This role leads marching and concert bands, aligning instruction with Alabama Course of Study standards and coordinating performances and competitions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Music Education and a valid Alabama music certificate (or eligibility).
