We are seeking an experienced

Senior Multimedia Producer

to lead video, photography, and event production for a fast-paced in‑house Marketing & Communications team. This role will oversee the entire creative production lifecycle—from concept development and pre‑production through on‑site execution and post‑production—while collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and freelance production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage internal videographers, photographers, editors, freelancers, and external creative partners.

Provide creative direction to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Partner with marketing, branding, social media, and executive teams to develop engaging multimedia content.

Serve as the primary point of contact for creative agencies and production vendors.

Production Management
Manage end‑to‑end production for video, photography, and event content.

Develop production schedules, storyboards, scripts, shot lists, call sheets, permits, and production documentation.

Manage budgets, timelines, vendor selection, and freelance resources.

Coordinate production logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Lead on‑location video and photo shoots as Producer/Director.

Coordinate talent, locations, equipment, lighting, sound, teleprompters, props, and crew.

Ensure production quality while maintaining project timelines.

Collaborate with editors to guide storytelling, pacing, music selection, and creative direction.

Manage review and approval workflows using Frame.io (or similar platforms).

Maintain organized archives of all production assets and legal documentation.

Plan and manage productions for meetings, corporate events, and large‑scale activations.

Coordinate staging, AV, photography, videography, vendors, and on‑site logistics.

Develop run‑of‑show documents and oversee event‑day execution.

Maintain digital libraries for photo and video assets.

Upload multimedia content to digital platforms and social media management tools (Sprout Social preferred).

Source stock imagery and archived media as needed.

Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Film, Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience

5–10 years of experience in video, photography, and event production.

Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery.

Experience producing content for digital, social media, broadcast, and live events.

Experience with project management software (Asana preferred).

Experience using Frame.io or similar collaboration/review platforms.

Must provide a demo reel, portfolio, or production credits showcasing video, photography, and event work.
