A.J. Dwoskin & Associates in Northern Virginia is seeking a well-organized Leasing Consultant to manage two or more properties. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and coordinate move-ins and renewals.
This role requires strong customer service skills, at least one year in sales or leasing, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
