Lead Custom Framing & Sales Team Manager

Michaels Stores in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Store Lead to guide a framing team that builds strong customer relationships through custom framing solutions. You will coach framers, plan workload with the Store Manager, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality framing for our customers.
This role requires leading by example, managing inventory, supporting omni-channel processes, and maintaining SOPs while nurturing talent through interviewing, onboarding and performance development.
