Rewards Club Specialist — Guest Experience Advocate

Choctaw Nation is seeking a Players Club Representative for the McAlester Casino to promote the Choctaw Rewards Club, inform guests of benefits, offers, and events, and assist with requests. You will often be the first contact with casino customers, delivering friendly, customer-focused service.
The role reports to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager and offers full-time hours with a starting rate of $16.00 per hour. Shifts vary, including evenings and weekends.
