Southern Industries Home Improvements is seeking an Outside Marketing Manager to promote in area neighborhoods. The role offers a base salary plus an uncapped bonus and commission plan, with opportunities to move into regional management or sales.
You will recruit, train and motivate a local team, canvass at events and at big-box store engagements, and schedule free in-home estimates door-to-door with bonuses. This is a predominantly outdoor, non-remote position.
