Retail Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Retail Marketing to lead brand growth across retail and digital channels for a fast-growing cosmetics company.
Location: City of Industry, CA (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
6+ years of marketing experience
FDM Color Cosmetics experience required
Strong expertise in omnichannel marketing, e-commerce, SEO, digital advertising, social media, and retail marketing
What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic retail and marketing plans
Drive sales growth, market share, and distribution expansion
Lead digital marketing, website, and customer communication strategies
Manage product launches, promotions, and retailer campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance teams
Manage marketing budgets, analytics, and team performance
