Tripleseat is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution of programs that drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation using tools like ChurnZero, Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot to optimize programs.
This hybrid role is based out of our Concord, MA office, with travel as needed for meetings and events.
