New Directions Holdings Limited is looking for a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to provide support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Perry Barr, Birmingham. The role offers a full-time commitment, helping students overcome barriers to learning while promoting their emotional wellbeing.
You will support behaviour management, build relationships with pupils, and encourage resilience and emotional regulation. Experience with SEMH needs is required, and no formal qualifications are necessary.
