For fifteen years, an indie, senior team in Buffalo has done the kind of destination and brand campaign work that has moved a multitude of people to get up and go places. And right now, we’re looking for a Senior Art Director to help lead our creative team.
This is a maker’s job and a leader’s role.
You’ll concept and art‑direct campaigns across brand, digital, social, broadcast, and the occasional gloriously ambitious destination shoot. You’ll set the visual bar, mentor designers, and stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with us in the pitch room. You report to the founders—there is no committee between your idea and the client.
You probably:

think in ideas first, then make them beautiful
Have the technical skills to bring those ideas to life in multiple channels
have a portfolio that mixes brand systems, campaigns, and craft
can run a photo/video shoot and a client room with equal calm
make the people around you better
Are passionate about the industry and are on top of all the latest cutting edge tools
are curious about where AI tools help the work
