We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to help drive demand through integrated omnichannel marketing programs with a strong emphasis on digital engagement. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical experts and marketing teammates to develop blogs, webinars, videos, customer stories, and campaign assets.
Help create content tailored to manufacturing and industrial audiences.
Support webinar production and virtual events.
Assist in repurposing content across multiple channels.
Manufacturing Industry Marketing
Develop an understanding of manufacturers and industrial organizations.
Learn the challenges faced by engineering, operations, manufacturing, and executive leaders.
Support campaigns focused on digital transformation, engineering, and manufacturing technologies.
Gain familiarity with technical buying processes and complex B2B sales cycles.
Analytics and Performance
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Assist with reporting and dashboard creation.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, internships, or related activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
