Qualifications

Minimum 15 years overall IT experience in front‑end design and implementation.
8+ years of experience leading ReactJS and NextJS micro‑front‑end based application implementations.
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, NextJS, micro‑front‑end architecture, Node.js, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, OOP, patterns, CSS, SCSS, HTML5, Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks API, GraphQL, Apollo Client.
Experience driving AI‑led development (e.g., Copilot and similar AI accelerators/tools).
Knowledge of Java‑based Spring Boot microservices development and integrations.
Experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps pipelines and deployments.
Hands‑on technology development experience is critical.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong awareness of quality standards and non‑functional requirements.
Experience in the Retail e‑commerce domain.
Knowledge of cross‑platform React Native mobile app implementations is a plus.
Responsibilities

Contribute to architectural and design leadership across projects.
Build efficient and reusable front‑end systems, frameworks, and abstractions.
Debug and address ReactJS UI performance issues.
Perform code review and quality checks.
Identify and communicate front‑end best practices.
Coordinate onsite‑offshore teams.
