Agency Talent Scout – Resident (Kansas)

Shelter Insurance Companies is seeking an Agency Recruiting Specialist (Resident) to build local candidate pools across Kansas. You will source, interview and recommend agents, while coordinating with Home Office Marketing and traveling as needed.
Based in Topeka or nearby markets, you will manage contacts with businesses and educational institutions, handle outreach via in-person, phone, and email, and maintain applicant records.
