This is a hybrid role including in‑office and remote working days. Applicants must be a resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area. Must work one of the following shifts:

8:00 am–4:30 pm CT

8:30 am–5:00 pm CT

7:30 am–4:30 pm CT

8:00 am–5:00 pm CT

Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager
The Sr IBDM is a revenue‑generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM, SkinMedica, KYBELLA) and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities primarily via phone communication.

The role includes product and program education, adoption, and portfolio growth through business development, technical product and procedure training, competitive differentiation, strategic account analysis and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio and execute marketing plans.

Create and implement call and business development plans.

Focus sales processes on business growth and relationship building.

Manage quota attainment and customer satisfaction, communicate regularly with managers, manage sample allocation, place orders, provide marketing materials and assist with marketing strategies.

Lead execution of campaigns, promotions, product launches, and account training.

Develop product knowledge, prospect new products and training opportunities, and identify new business opportunities.

Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety and benefits of products.

Identify growth opportunities: expand customer reach, increase portfolio usage, launch new products and indications.

Support customers with marketing strategies, including website, social media, branding and patient segmentation.

Plan sales calls efficiently to maximize customer contact and engagement.

Stay updated on industry and competitive products.

Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional managers, field reps and inside sales area managers.

Provide coverage during leave of absence and vacant territory coverage.

Attend sales training and meetings as required.

Complete administrative duties (presentations, expense reports, etc.) on a timely basis.

Demonstrate strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, loyalty and professionalism.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant industry experience required.

Two or more years of relevant sales experience.

Track record of earning commissions, ability to work independently, stay organized and exhibit superior communication skills.

Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15–20 % of the time.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry interacting with physicians and patients.

Experience educating or influencing targeted customers.

Two years of inside sales experience preferred.
