Supporting active client accounts and internal projects, the full-time Associate Producer will manage project organization, track timelines, and facilitate communication while contributing to new business pitches and case study development in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Support Executive Producers and Senior Directors in managing client accounts and internal projects
Own internal projects including new business pitches and awards submissions
Track project timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met

Required qualifications

Experience in production, account management, program management, or a related discipline
A genuine love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas
Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
