Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media recruiting program.

Build recruiting strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

Identify and attract top healthcare talent.

Create and manage recruiting content and campaigns.

Track metrics and optimize performance.

Recruiting & Talent Management

Support full recruitment lifecycle.

Partner with leadership on staffing needs.

Manage job postings and candidate communications.

HR General Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding and orientation.

Coordinate offboarding procedures.

Support workers’ compensation administration.

Assist with employee benefits and insurance coordination.

Maintain employee records and documentation.

Support HR compliance and policy implementation.

Assist with employee relations.

Coordinate training initiatives.

Support HR reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

Healthcare recruiting experience (required).

Social media recruiting expertise.

Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
