Position Summary

Berico is seeking an experienced

Marketing Coordinator

to support brand consistency, lead generation, sales efforts, and customer communication across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all advertising and customer‑facing materials align with Berico branding
Support sales teams with lead generation and follow‑up efforts
Plan and coordinate community and business‑development events
Manage marketing software tools
Coordinate advertising campaigns, promotions, and creative assets
Manage company social media platforms
Plan campaigns to offset slow business periods
Partner with customer care on communication and sales techniques
Create outbound phone, text, and email marketing communications
Assist with phones during peak business times as needed
Required Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience in trade industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas preferred)
Experience supporting sales teams and lead‑generation efforts
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Experience with marketing software tools, social media, and marketing campaigns
Event planning or community marketing experience preferred
