An industry-leading B2B Events & Trade Show organization is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating visually compelling work that drives engagement before, during, and after large-scale live events.
You’ll work across a diverse mix of print, digital, environmental, experiential, and motion design while collaborating with a talented creative team that values fresh ideas and thoughtful execution.
HOURLY RATE: $45-50/hr
LOCATION: Moorpark, CA (On-Site)
DURATION: Contract (potential to convert to full time, not guaranteed)
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs across multiple marketing channels.
- Design tradeshow graphics, environmental signage, booth displays, advertisements, brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, digital assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics and video assets to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Produce layouts with exceptional typography, color, composition, and attention to detail.
- Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and large-format applications.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines, budgets, and production requirements.
- Proof and quality-check all creative deliverables prior to release.
- Stay current on emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience designing across print, digital, environmental, and experiential marketing.
- Strong understanding of print production, prepress, mechanicals, large-format graphics, and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, CapCut, HTML5, and project management platforms such as Asana.
- Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- An online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work is required.
