About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing will play a key critical role in driving marketing initiatives that support brand recognition and loyalty, and build long term brand equity. This role will rollout seasonal campaigns, plan brand elevation initiatives, oversee store-level marketing activations, and support new restaurant openings. Role requires maintaining a strong pulse on short and long-term trends to inform brand and communications strategy and to identify opportunities to grow brand relevance through culture, community, and emerging trends. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative and cross-functional teams to develop and implement annual and seasonal Campaigns and Communication plans. The Sr. Manager will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver impactful results that align with the brand's purpose, mission, and values.
Responsibilities

Brand Marketing Leadership:

Partner with marketing leaders to define brand marketing strategy and long-term brand vision across organic social, PR, influencer, partnerships, CRM, and experiential channels, then lead peers and team to execute all seasonal and brand campaigns. Partner with Sr. Manager of Growth to translate business objectives into integrated brand plans that drive awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity. Own and manage the holistic Marketing calendar to ensure quarterly goals are met.
Storytelling with Creative and Social:

Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand assets, campaigns, and marketing materials are delivered on brand and reflect consistent brand standards. Develop insightful and thorough creative briefs to inspire impactful and elevated storytelling and creative, and manage creative feedback in a thorough, respectful and strategic manner. Build and own Social Media strategy and oversee execution of strategy by guiding the Social Media Manager.
New Restaurant Opening Brand Experience:

Manage the new restaurant openings (NROs) marketing strategy and comm plans from pre-launch through post-launch to ensure consistent and high-impact market entry in both new and existing markets. Build a playbook to scale NRO Marketing during key growth periods.
Local Restaurant Brand Experience:

Build, present and execute new LRM (Local Restaurant Marketing) strategy empowering restaurant leaders to grow their awareness and sales within their community. Oversee local restaurant brand initiatives that strengthen community connection and cultural relevance. Partner with team to ensure brand integrity across restaurant marketing and community activations.
Digital Brand Experience:

Plan the company's digital brand presence across social media, website, and online channels. Help guide content strategy, storytelling, and brand expression to ensure cultural relevance and consistency with the brand voice. Partner with Sr. Manager of Growth on building upper funnel evergreen creative for paid digital plans.
Employer Brand Collaboration:

Partner with People & Culture and Communications teams to support employer brand storytelling that highlights our people-first culture and strengthens talent attraction.
Job Requirements

810 years of experience in brand marketing, brand experience, or hospitality marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience executing brand campaigns, brand activations, or experiential marketing initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements

Experience building and managing brand campaigns, communications plan, or in-restaurant brand initiatives
Experience working in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands preferred
Experience on building brands and overseeing brand-related initiatives.
Essential Functions

Regularly operate a computer and other standard office equipment, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and mobile devices.
Frequently sit for extended periods while working at a computer or participating in virtual meetings.
Regularly stand and walk in office and restaurant environments.
Ability to travel by car and/or airplane and move between multiple restaurant and office locations, including local and regional travel.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move materials up to approximately 15 pounds (e.g., laptop bag, documents, training materials).
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and via virtual platforms.
Ability to work in active restaurant environments that may include heat, cold, noise, steam, and food preparation odors.
Ability to move through back-of-house and front-of-house restaurant spaces, including navigating tight or crowded areas.
Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and environmental conditions consistent with restaurant and office operations.
Special Requirements

Ability to travel to restaurants occasionally
