At The Iowa Clinic, we're locally owned, physician-led, and proud to make decisions right here in Central Iowa. Our Marketing & Communications team plays an important role in supporting the Clinic's growth, reputation, and patient experience—and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to help keep everything running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, coordinating projects, managing details, supporting a team, and creating structure in a fast-paced environment. While you will work closely with marketing initiatives, this is primarily an administrative and operational support role rather than a marketing strategy or content creation position.
What You'll Do
As the

Administrative Coordinator

, you'll help ensure requests, events, and day-to-day operations stay organized and on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing and communications requests.
Assisting with clinic visits, community outreach efforts, and internal initiatives through logistical and administrative support.
Processing invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with budget tracking and reconciliation.
Managing inventory, ordering, organization, and distribution of promotional items and apparel.
Coordinating meetings, schedules, project follow-up, and other administrative functions that support team effectiveness.
Maintaining organized files, records, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience

One year of experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations support, creative traffic management, or related role.
Strong computer skills, including:
Canva
Asana
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Healthcare experience is not required.
