Growth-Focused Sales & Marketing Director

DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for an on-site, exempt position. You will lead all sales and marketing functions, including direct sales, sales administration, and public relations, to drive revenue growth.
The role reports to the General Manager and the VP of Sales & Revenue and requires strategic leadership, budgeting, and hands-on management of a large convention-focused sales team in a premier Miami facility.
