Experienced Framer

for a client in

Albuquerque, NM . This is a

temp-to-hire

opportunity for someone with hands-on

framing and construction experience

who can work safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced production or construction environment.

Day shift, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials according to work orders and specifications
Build, frame, and assemble wall panels, trusses, components, or other structural materials as assigned
Read and follow measurements, production tickets, job instructions, and safety procedures
Use hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and other construction equipment safely
Inspect materials and finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit
Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and moving building materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work as part of a team to meet production and job site expectations
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Skills and Experience

Job Requirements:

Must have previous framing experience
Must have construction experience
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Must be dependable and able to work Monday-Friday on day shift
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced setting
Must be able to pass Ōnin Staffing's hiring requirements
