Crown Union is seeking an in-house Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Sun Valley, Idaho. Minutes from the ski lifts and mountain biking/hiking trails, this in-house role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and wants to bring bold ideas to life across print, digital, and brand experiences.
Compensation:
$50,000–70,000 annually, depending on experience.
About the Role:
As part of our in-house creative team, you'll work on a diverse range of branding, print, and digital projects for clients spanning luxury travel, outdoor recreation, hospitality, and corporate industries. Our portfolio includes nationally recognized brands such as Eleven Experience, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, DECKED, First Lite, Mobius, and many others. You'll work closely with our Creative Director to develop brand identities, websites, advertising campaigns, publications, packaging, social media, environmental graphics, and marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce print and digital materials that align with brand standards and strategy
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns, brand launches, and storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams
- Prepare files for production and ensure quality across all deliverables
- Motion graphics, video editing, or animation skills are a plus.
We're looking for someone who:
We're looking for an ambitious designer with 0–3 years of professional experience who is excited to grow alongside our team. You'll receive direct mentorship from our Creative Director and have the opportunity to take on increasing creative responsibility as the studio continues to evolve.
We're especially interested in someone who:
- Has an exceptional portfolio
- Loves typography, layout, and thoughtful branding
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Pays attention to the smallest details
- Enjoys collaborating in a studio environment
- Has motion graphics or video editing experience (a plus, not required)
