Position Overview
Full‑time Marketing Coordinator based in Tempe, AZ. 40 hours per week, on‑site only. Responsible for proposal efforts and other marketing tasks in support of branding and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project pursuits, manage pursuit processes, and follow quality procedures for document production throughout the full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation.

Prepare, assist with, and track proposals, statements of qualifications, and other marketing collateral from concept through completion.

Compose, edit, and create collateral material and prepare staff resumes and project experience needed for proposals and statements of qualifications.

Work with Project Managers and Technical Staff to coordinate responses, develop messaging and content for proposals.

Complete technical tasks such as creating graphics, layout templates, proofreading, preparing review drafts, and final edits.

Ensure timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications.

Assist with communications and ideas for marketing initiatives.

Help create content and graphics for digital and printed materials.

Assist in coordination of special events and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

0–3 years of relevant work experience in an engineering, construction, architecture, or similar industry.

Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Passion for creating high‑quality finished products.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Creative thinker and problem‑solver.

Team‑focused workplace support and active participation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with executing competitive proposals/Statements of Qualifications.

Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
